April 26 th - Saturday: KSHKSHSAAate Large Group Band Festival; Emporia State University Please allow a minimum of two hours time prior to your performance for travel and warm-up.
All participants have information packets.To get to Emporia State University: I-35 South to the SECOND Emporia Exit (Burlingame Road). Turn left (South) and proceed about 1/4 mile. You'll come to a "T". Turn right. This is 12th Avenue. Go west on 12th for about 1 mile. Beech Music Hall is the first building on campus that you'll encounter. It will be on your right. It is on the corner of 12th & Highland. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PARTICIPANTS SHOULD DRESS UP. You are free to leave immediately following the performance.

Sunday: Spring Concert; 3:30 PM; ONW Auditorium Report time is 3:00 PM. Although the performance is much more casual, we are asking all of our kids to dress up a little: no jeans, shorts or t-shirts. We do want to look nice for our final concert.

Band Banquet Information: The Date for the banquet is Wednesday, May 14. Ticket cost is $17.50 per person which includes all of the evening's festivities. Please note that Band Banquet tickets will be available for purchase beginning this Sunday after the concert. Our treasurer, Jeanne Hultgren, will have a current listing of student band account totals available so you will know if your student has money to use. Tickets can be purchased in one of the following three ways:
1.) Cash or check made out to "ONW BAND BOOSTERS",
2.) Use money from your students account OR
3.) Combination of the first two choices.
This is an "open" seating ticketed event. There are no "reserved" seats. TICKETS ARE REQUIRED! Friday, May 9th will be our last day to sell tickets. You are encouraged to purchase your tickets early. Attire for the evening is "Dressy" as in Sunday best. Some girls like to wear cocktail dresses. This is a celebration of an incredible year. The food is fabulous and the venue is incredible. Doors open at 6:00 PM and dinner will be served at 6:30 PM. Entertainment will be provided by our Sophomore Combo. And of course, we'll show a portion of the 2007-08 highlight video. It will be incredible!
